2. Services

Está Limpo provides domestic, commercial and technical cleaning services in the Greater Lisbon area and surrounding regions. Available services include, among others, deep cleaning, mold removal, pool cleaning, gardening and post-construction cleaning.

3. Quotes

Remote quotes (via chat, email or WhatsApp based on photos and information provided by the client) are free of charge. When an on-site visit is required for assessment, a call-out fee of €35 + VAT applies, which is deducted from the service price if the client proceeds.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, MB Way and cash. A deposit may be requested for higher-value services.

6. Liability

Está Limpo is committed to delivering services with professionalism and care. In the event of accidental damage caused by our teams during service delivery, we accept liability and will arrange appropriate repair or compensation.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for fragile items not flagged by the client before the service begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before resorting to the competent courts.
