Mold & Humidity
Detection Testing
When there's excess moisture, mold isn't always visible — but spores are in the air you breathe. We measure humidity at multiple points throughout your property and identify invisible mold and fungi with an on-site technical test and detailed report.

Did you know you can have mold without seeing it?
When there's excess moisture — from leaks, poorly ventilated bathrooms or frequent condensation — mold can develop in invisible areas: behind furniture, inside walls, in false ceilings or air ducts. The right combination of temperature and humidity creates the perfect environment for spores to multiply. During every visit, we measure humidity in different ways throughout the property to identify risk zones even before any visible signs appear.
Mold and fungi seriously affect indoor air quality and can cause serious health problems if left untreated. Airborne spores are linked to respiratory issues such as asthma, chronic cough, breathlessness and rhinitis — and have been associated with neurological symptoms including persistent fatigue, headaches, and memory and concentration difficulties.

How it works
Request & scheduling
Tell us how many rooms you want tested and we'll schedule a visit. We'll send a no-obligation quote, with discounts for multiple rooms.
Technical visit
The technician begins sample collection. For 1 hour the rooms being tested must remain closed and free of people. At the end, the technician assesses the space and concludes the visit.

Frequently asked questions about mold testing
What exactly is a mold detection test?
It's an on-site technical assessment that includes a visual analysis of the space, air sample collection, humidity and temperature measurement, and identification of fungi and spore types present. Results are delivered in a written report with a treatment recommendation.
How long does it take to get results?
Results take 6–7 days. After that period, we send the full technical report.
Do I need to prepare the room before the visit?
Yes. Rooms to be tested must be closed and free of people for at least 1 hour before the technician's visit. This ensures air samples are representative of the space.
Is the test a certified laboratory analysis?
It's not a certified laboratory analysis — it's an on-site technical assessment with a written report. For the vast majority of domestic situations, this is exactly what's needed: it identifies what's present, concentration levels and the appropriate treatment.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the number of rooms to test. Discounts apply for multiple rooms and the report is always included. Request a free quote via chat or contact form.
If mold is found, do you also treat it?
Yes. We specialise in mold cleaning and disinfection. If the results confirm contamination, we prepare a treatment proposal suited to the type and extent of mold identified.
Can mold be present without being visible?
Yes, and it's the most common situation. Spores circulate in the air and mold can be in non-visible areas: behind furniture, inside walls, in false ceilings or air conditioning ducts.
