Yes. Cleaning is done directly at your home, in a practical way with no need for transport. We bring all the necessary equipment.
What types of rugs do you clean?
We clean rugs of all materials — wool, silk, synthetic, sisal, jute, high-pile (shaggy), Persian and oriental. Treatment is always adapted to the fibre type.
How long does it take to dry?
It depends on the material and thickness of the rug. With good ventilation, most dry within 2 to 5 hours. We recommend not placing furniture on top until fully dry.
Can you remove difficult stains?
We pre-treat stains with specific products before the general clean. Results depend on the age, depth and type of stain — in many cases there is significant improvement, but we cannot always guarantee complete removal.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use certified professional products, safe for children and pets once the rug is dry. We leave no chemical residue in the fibres.
Do you clean large rugs?
