Identify the area or areas to treat and the desired frequency. We prepare a technical and commercial proposal tailored to the entity's needs.
Site visit & assessment
Our team visits the areas to be treated to assess the vegetation type, extent and best technical approach before starting work.
Intervention & maintenance
We carry out the weeding and apply the preventive treatment. For regular contracts, we ensure interventions on the agreed schedule with a report after each visit.
We work on contracts
Está Limpo enters into service contracts with local councils, parish councils, condominiums, businesses and private landowners for the regular maintenance of spaces. We issue intervention reports and adapt to each entity's procedures.

Is the preventive treatment safe for people and animals?
Yes. We use approved products, following safety recommendations regarding the re-entry time for treated areas. We always inform the client about precautions to take after application.
How long does the preventive treatment last?
The effect varies depending on soil type, sun exposure and weather conditions. In favourable conditions the treatment can help extend the interval between interventions — but we don't guarantee a fixed number of months, as every space is different.
Do you work with local councils and parish councils?
Yes. We enter into service contracts with public bodies, adapting our procedures to each institution's requirements, including intervention reports and appropriate invoicing.
Do you work on hard-to-access terrain or irregular topography?
Yes. Our team is equipped to work across different terrain types and topographies, including sloped verges, embankments and areas that are hard to reach mechanically.
How often should interventions be carried out?
It depends on the area, vegetation type and sun exposure. For public spaces we generally recommend between 3 to 6 interventions per year, adjusted according to the preventive treatment applied.
