Está Limpo carries out deep cleaning of stone, tile, wood or composite decking, cement and other washable outdoor surfaces, using pressure washing and techniques suited to each material. We use professional equipment that removes ingrained dirt without damaging the surface. Does pressure washing damage the floor or joints?
No, when used correctly. We always adapt the pressure and distance to the material type. For more delicate surfaces, such as certain natural stones or wood decking, we use gentler techniques and pressures.
Can you remove moss completely?
Yes, in the vast majority of cases moss and lichen are fully removed. For very old, deeply rooted moss, an additional treatment may be needed after the initial clean.
What products do you use?
We use products that are safe for surfaces and the environment, combined with high-pressure water jetting. In specific cases we can apply anti-moss treatments to extend the effect of the cleaning.
Do you clean exterior walls too?
Yes. The service can include walls, surrounds, skirting and any washable exterior surface — not just the horizontal floor.
How often should I clean my terrace?
It depends on exposure and surface type. Generally, we recommend a thorough clean once or twice a year to maintain appearance and prevent moss build-up and stubborn staining.
