When should I book post-construction cleaning?
As soon as the works are finished and materials and tools have been removed. The sooner we clean, the easier it is to remove dust before it settles into surfaces.
Does post-construction cleaning include inside cupboards?
Yes. The clean includes the interior of furniture and wardrobes, which is where construction dust settles most easily.
Can you remove cement and paint from window frames and floors?
Yes, we use products specifically formulated to remove construction residue — cement, mortar, paint and adhesive. Results depend on the surface and curing time, but in the vast majority of cases removal is possible without leaving marks.
How long does a post-construction clean take?
It depends on the size of the property and the scale of works. A full clean of a two-bedroom flat after renovation can take between 6 and 12 hours. We always provide an estimate beforehand.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
Not at all. Many clients leave us the keys. If there are specific instructions, just let us know in advance.
Are the products safe after cleaning?
Yes. We use certified professional products. We recommend ventilating the home well after cleaning before moving in permanently.
