We visit the pool for an initial assessment. Based on the diagnosis, we define the most appropriate maintenance plan for its use and size.
Regular visits
We carry out visits on the agreed schedule — water analysis, chemical treatment, equipment inspection and filter cleaning.
Report & follow-up
After each visit we share the pool's status and any recommendations. We're available for any questions between visits.

Frequently asked questions about pool maintenance
How often should I maintain my pool?
It depends on use and size. For pools in regular use, we recommend weekly or fortnightly visits. For more sporadic use, a monthly visit may be enough. We assess each case individually.
What happens if the water turns green?
Green water indicates algae growth, usually due to chemical imbalance or lack of active chlorine. We carry out a shock treatment and parameter adjustment to restore balance. In severe cases, a deep clean may be required.
Do you handle season opening and winter closure?
Yes. We have season opening plans (shock treatment, structural cleaning and equipment check) and winter closure plans (pipe winterisation and protective cover application).
What chemical products do you use?
We use certified pool chemicals — disinfectants, pH adjusters, algaecides and anti-scale products. All products are safe for residential use and comply with European standards.
Do you also do pool cleaning (not just maintenance)?
