In most cases we can quote remotely based on photos and a description of your home. If an in-person assessment is needed, we'll arrange a visit at a cost of 35€ + VAT, deductible from the service if you proceed.

What cleaning frequencies do you offer?
We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleaning. The ideal frequency depends on the size of your home, lifestyle and budget. Most clients choose fortnightly.
Are your cleaning professionals trustworthy?
Yes. All our professionals go through a rigorous selection process, including reference checks. We do our best to ensure continuity with the same professionals visiting your home, so you feel comfortable and your home is always in safe hands.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Many of our clients leave us a key or access code. The team arrives, cleans and leaves, with complete security and discretion.
Do you provide the cleaning products?
Yes, we bring our own certified professional products. If you'd prefer we use your products, just let us know in advance.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't to your liking, contact us and we'll sort it out without hesitation — we'll come back and fix what's needed.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
We don't require long-term contracts. You can cancel or adjust the service with 48 hours' notice, with no penalty.
We carry out regular home cleaning in Lisbon, Cascais, Oeiras, Sintra, Amadora, Loures, Odivelas, Almada, Seixal, Barreiro, Moita, Montijo, Mafra and Alcochete.
