For professional cleaning we always use our products. If it is a very specific situation, at your request, we can use one of your products. However, it is best to say what you are looking for as we can adapt our products to your needs.

The guarantee we give on the quality and duration of our service is also thanks to the products we choose to work with, which is why we always prefer to use our own.

The typology indicates the number of rooms in your house. There is no distinction between bedrooms or living rooms. For example: a T3 indicates that your house has 3 rooms or divisions. Nestas divisões não são contabilizadas as casas de banho, cozinhas, varandas ou dispensas.

If the bloodstains are very old (months old) then it will be difficult to completely remove the stain. But you will see improvements compared to what it is now.

O tempo normal de secagem pode ser de até 6 a 8 horas, conforme condições atmosféricas. É aconselhável tentar acelerar a secagem utilizando os seguintes métodos:

• If possible, place the item in the sun or in the warmest room in the house.
• Connect a dehumidifier near the item.
• Utilizar um aquecedor de resistência (ventilador) de casa direcionado para a peça. (Nunca encoste aquecedores às peças para evitar potenciais incêndios.)
• Ligar o ar condicionado para ajudar a secar o ar e acelerar o processo.
